Registration Rules and Policies Agreement

Membership Registration

In order to use some features on this site visitors are required to register with a username, password and valid email address. The email address supplied during registration is used for validation purposes and, from time to time, to send site information (although this can be turned off within your profile). Your email address is viewable to the Site Operators only, unless you explicity choose to make it public within your profile in which case site members will also be able to view it. It will never be visible to non-members visiting this site.

1. You can only register one username per email address and should not register multiple usernames.

2. RabbitsOn reserves the right to change the registered username of any member that they consider to be inappropriate for whatever reason.

3. RabbitsOn reserves the right to refuse any registration or suspend/cancel the membership of any member in violation of the Membership Rules. The reasons for such decisions will be posted in the moderation forum.

4. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to join this site. This is an ADULTS ONLY forum. Parents, it is your job to monitor your children's internet surfing, NOT ours.

5. Registration indicates acceptance of these Membership Rules and the Site Terms and Conditions.

6. RabbitsOn may at any time revise the Membership Rules without notice. By using the the membership areas of this site, members agree to be bound by any such revisions. It is advised that members periodically read the Membership Rules to ensure they are familiar with, and abide by, the current rules.

Fora

Please read carefully the rules below which relate specifically to the site forums. Particpation on the forums will be deemed as acceptance and understanding of these rules.

7. You use the fora at your own risk and accept the risk that you may be exposed to offensive or inappropriate material.

8. RabbitsOn have appointed voluntary site members to act as moderators. It is the role of the moderator to help members in the use of the fora and to ensure that members abide by the forum rules. By posting on the fora, you authorise the moderators to edit, move, lock or remove any post or thread for any reason considered appropriate by them. Decisions by the moderators are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. RabbitsOn does not guarantee that every post will be seen by the moderators when posted or edited by a member and therefore also rely on notifications from Members regarding posts in violation of the forum rules. Any member who sees a post that they consider to be in violation of the Forum Rules should notify a moderator by private message.

10. RabbitsOn accepts no responsibility or liability for any content, views expressed, advice given or any claims to professional status made by members in forum posts. Any information posted on the fora is given by way of exchange of views by members only, and any views expressed are not necessarily those of RabbitsOn.

11. Try to remain courteous to other site members and not disrespectful of other member's opinions.

12. Consider the wording of posts carefully and thoughtfully to ensure they are not likely to cause offence.

13. Post titles or content should not be typed in all capitals as this is considered as "shouting" and rude. Also, please avoid the use of text-speak, we are an adults only forum and so there is no place for it here.

14. Post headings should be relevant and indicate the post topic. Avoid vague headings on posts such as "Help Needed", "Please Read", etc. unless you state the nature in the title as well.

15. Please post within the appropriate forum and do not duplicate posts on more than one forum.

16. Please keep threads on topic.

17. Any image(s) within a member's signature file should be kept to a reasonable size. The fora are for discussions and are not a public free advertisement area or giant billboard. Signatures should not take over the post, but simply add a personal touch.

18. Do not post anything that infringes the intellectual property, copyright or other rights of any third party or breach any applicable laws. You can post other people's material if due credit to the original author is given, but you cannot post such an item and take credit for yourself as the original publisher.

19. Do not post personal details or pictures of any other person unless you have their permission to do so.

20. Do not discuss banned members and/or the reason for their bans, or members who have requested their site membership accounts be deleted and/or their reasons for leaving on the forums.

21. The forums are intended for public discussion between all members. Please do not post messages intended for the attention of individual member(s) on the forums. Personal conversations should be conducted using the private messaging system.

Private Messaging System

Please read carefully the rules below which relate specifically to the private messaging system. Use of the private messaging system will be deemed as acceptance and understanding of these rules.

Private messages over 45 days old are periodically deleted during system maintenance so if any member wishes to retain information contained in any private message long term that information should be copied elsewhere, such as cut and pasted into a Word document and saved on the member's computer.

22. Members using the private messaging system do so at their own risk and accept the risk that they may be exposed to offensive or inappropriate material.

23. Members sharing any personal information with any other member using the private messaging system do so at their own risk.

24. RabbitsOn will not accessprivate messages posted between members and accepts no responsibility or liability for the content of private messages posted by site members.

25. Consider the wording of private messages carefully and thoughtfully to ensure the message is not likely to cause offence.

26. Do not share the personal details or pictures of any other person unless you have their permission to do so.

27. Do not post anything that infringes the intellectual property, copyright or other rights of any third party or breach any applicable laws.

28. Please do not use the private messaging system to post messages to any other member of an advertising nature including, but not limited to, items for sale, businesses, web sites, etc. unless specifically requested by that member.

29. Any member receiving a private message in violation of the rules should forward the message, with details of the original sender, to a moderator.

Agreement

By using the features provided by your site membership you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the rules above and that you, the user, are entirely responsible and liable for your activities as a site member.

If you do not agree with the rules above, then you may cancel your site membership by sending a private message to Admin.
